A Celebration of Sea, Soil, & Spirits brings together award-winning chefs, expertly crafted cocktails, and community-driven impact in support of Gather55 and Hands On Hartford.
The evening begins at 5:00 PM with a curated cocktail hour led by renowned mixologist Chris Lazich, featuring handcrafted cocktails made with Waypoint Spirits’ locally distilled offerings. Guests will then enjoy a five-course tasting menu designed by two of Connecticut’s most celebrated chefs, Carlos Perez and Renée Touponce.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with a custom Waypoint cocktail inspired by the bounty of the sea, the richness of the soil, and the artistry of local spirits, creating a cohesive culinary and cocktail pairing experience.
This event is more than a fine dining experience, it is a community gathering with purpose. Proceeds from the evening directly support Gather55’s mission to nourish and uplift our community, as well as the ongoing work of Hands On Hartford.
